Dialog Box Extension for GDevelop

This extension adds Dialog Box functionality that can be used for RPGs, visual novels, and more. Importing this extension adds two objects and one behavior.

⚠️ Please note that the version distributed by the GDevelop extension community is outdated.

🪪 Dialog box object (Experimental)

This is an object that includes the dialog box background, speaker image, name, text, and arrow icon.

How to edit children objects

Click the "Override children configuration" button to edit children objects.

🎤 Selection dialog box (Object)

This is a simple dialog box that can display options that can also be operated by touch.

🗨️ Dialog Box (Behavior) (Legacy)

Dialog Behavior is very flexible, but is not scheduled to be improved in the future.

📂 Examples project file

"DialogBoxExtensionExample0.0.0.zip" is the examples project. Open "game.json" in GDevelop.
